NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. Open only to New Zealand residents who are 18 years of age or older as of 1 July 2024 and registered attendees of the LEXIS+^® Launch Webinar held online in New Zealand. Void where prohibited by law or your employer’s policy and is not available to any elected or appointed officials or government employees. Employees of LexisNexis^® NZ Limited (NZBN 9429039011855) and their parents and its and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers (collectively, “Sponsor”) and the immediate family members (i.e., spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

TO ENTER: Beginning on insert time on 2:00PM New Zealand Standard Time (“NZST”) 10/06/2024 through 12:00PM NZST 02/07/2024, register for the LEXIS+^® Launch Webinar (https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_s4irJYztQGG9D9VOfnz_3g). On 02/07/2024 11:00 AM NZST, attendees will need to attend the 1 hour webinar and be present during the prize draw to be eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence).

RANDOM DRAWING: 5 winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing of entries will take place live at approximately 11:55AM NZST on 02/07/2024 towards the end of the LEXIS+^® Launch Webinar on https://zoom.us/webinar/97695565030. Decisions of the Sponsor are final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be picked during the live webinar event . Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Should the winner not be present at the time of draw, there will be a re-draw.

PRIZES: A total of 5 prizes will be drawn. Prize winners will each be awarded with a NZD $200 LexisNexis^® eStore voucher. The maximum total value of all prizes is NZD $1000. It is a condition of accepting a prize that each winner accepts all conditions of use of the prize. Prizes are awarded "AS IS." Sponsor makes no offer of any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this promotion or any prize. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by any winner is permitted. Should any prize remain unclaimed by the winner by 12:00 AM NZST 28/10/2024, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00PM NZST 30/10/2024.

All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. All applicable local laws and regulations apply. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form postmarked within 10 days of the date notification materials were sent. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Winners may be required to produce photo identification or other form of proper identification to claim any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value.

TERMS: Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion, whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Winners assume all liability and agree to hold Sponsor harmless for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, faulty, or incorrect transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, any damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the online portion of the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the promotion whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the program for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the promotion; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the promotion as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, freeze or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

These terms and conditions of entry shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand and each entrant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

RELEASE: By entering, each entrant forever, fully and irrevocably releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, contractors and agents from and against all claims, damages or liabilities arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation and/or entry and/or entrant’s award, receipt or use of any prize awarded.

ENTRY DETAILS AND PRIVACY:Each entry becomes the property of the Sponsor. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winners’ name, voice, statements, image, and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. Submission of contact information in connection with this promotion (whether or not required), including mailing address, phone number, and email address during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to add entrant to Sponsor’s customer database and to contact entrant in the future for promotional reasons. You may opt-out of receiving such communications as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor’s emails). “Data protection laws” means all applicable privacy and data protection laws, regulations, orders and other legal requirements. The terms “personal data” and “processing” will have the meanings ascribed to them in the data protection laws, and where the data protection laws use equivalent or corresponding terms, such as “personal information” instead of “personal data”, they will be read as the same. You are responsible for ensuring the legality of the personal data that you LexisNexis for processing. If and to the extent that You provide personal data to LexisNexis for account registration or otherwise, the parties acknowledge that such information will be processed by LexisNexis in accordance with the data protection laws and the LexisNexis privacy policy applicable to the Services at https://www.lexisnexis.com/global/privacy/privacy-policy.page, except where LN is processing such information on your behalf, the terms of the LexisNexis Data Processing Addendum at https://www.lexisnexis.com/global/privacy/processing-terms.page will apply. If and to the extent that You transfers personal data to LexisNexis in a territory outside the originating territory, the LexisNexis^® Data Transfer Terms at https://www.lexisnexis.com/global/privacy/transfer-terms.page will apply if necessary in respect of such transfer.
