Meg Dalling
Customer Vulnerability and Accessibility Lead, ANZ
Meg is the Customer Vulnerability and Accessibility Lead for ANZ Bank, leading ANZ’s strategic approach to customers experiencing vulnerability and driving improved accessibility. She is passionate about fair outcomes for customers and the community, and building partnerships and connections to effect change. She works across the bank with digital, product, frontline, complaint and public policy teams, and is an active participant in industry working groups to strengthen bank approaches to financial abuse and financial inclusion.
A lawyer by background, Meg has more than 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector and has expertise in governance, regulatory engagement and contract law. Meg has also been an active community volunteer all her working life, believing passionately in equality of opportunity. She has experience in community legal centres, pro bono legal work as well as mentoring for refugees and job seekers with a disability. Meg is a Director of the Attitude Foundation, a community partner of ANZ, which works to reshape community attitudes to people with disability through the promotion and development of media.
