Troy Anderson

Troy Anderson practiced as a solicitor between 1998 and 2007, specialising largely in commercial and insurance litigation with one of Australia’s largest firms.  He was admitted to the New South Wales Bar in 2007.  Since joining the Bar Troy has practiced almost exclusively in the criminal jurisdiction for both the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions and on behalf of defendants at first instance as well as at appellate level. In 2017 he was appointed to the NSW Public Defenders Chambers.

He is also the author of a text, Commonwealth Criminal Law, published by The Federation Press in 2014 and seasonal lecturer at the University of New England.
