Bill Madden

Bill is a Special Counsel at Carroll & O'Dea Lawyers and teaches at the Western Sydney , the University of Melbourne and the Queensland University of Technology.

He is on the editorial board member for the LexisNexis publications Australian Health Law Bulletin and Australian Civil Liability, and is a co-author of the books Australian Medical Liability and The National Disability Insurance Scheme Handbook published by LexisNexis. Bill was Admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 1981, and qualified as a Public Notary NSW in 1989 and Accredited Specialist NSW in 1993.
