As the Senior HR Director, Elke leads our HR model for all of the Asia & Pacific regions.

Focused on engaging and aligning our talented workforce around the most important strategic goals of the business, Elke and our strong team of HR professionals cover all aspects of HR including, Inclusion & Diversity, Employee Wellbeing, Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits.

Prior to joining LexisNexis, Elke spent 4 years as the HR Director within the Reed Exhibitions business and before that in senior HR roles within organisations in the Education, Professional Services and Consumer Electronics industries.
