Minimise false positives

In addition to naming variations, Bridger Insight XG also factors in common causes of false positives, such as missing or initialised first names and common words.

You can also automatically apply a false positive status when a name matches, but a data element, such as address, date of birth or phone number doesn't.

Configure match options to increase the confidence score based on the strength of the name match, and define what level of match you want to be alerted to.
